outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed for our digital products and

1. Non-Delivery of Assignments
Our primary commitment is the timely delivery of your purchased assignments or
project synopses. If you have completed the payment and we fail to deliver the
assignment/file to your registered email or WhatsApp within the promised
timeframe, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You can request a refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Error: Payment was successful, but the download link failed or the file was
not sent.
2. Wrong Content: If the file delivered is completely different from the subject code you
ordered (and we are unable to provide the correct one).
3.Double Payment: If money was deducted twice for the same order due to a technical
glitch.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the assignment has already been delivered and matches the subject code ordered.
If you change your mind after the digital file has been sent to you.
Errors made by the student during the purchase (e.g., selecting the wrong medium or
subject code). Please double-check before paying.

4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us within 24-48 hours of your purchase with your
transaction details:

Details Required: Order ID, Date of Purchase, and Screenshot of Payment.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is verified, the amount will be credited back to your original
payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
